台灣年輕人手機「速食性愛」多氾濫？6月27日全民愛滋篩檢日，台灣愛滋病學會與台灣愛滋病護理學會共同針對網路年輕族群進行最新《為i篩檢．線上風險評估》調查發現，竟有逾4成民眾曾與陌生人發生性關係，且過半數根本不清楚對方是否有感染愛滋病毒；更叫醫界搖頭的是，仍有接近5成的民眾做愛不戴套。
這份網路問卷調查，從去年底到今年5月，主要針對網路年輕族群進行，共有9568人主動填答，反映出不少手機世代年輕人在不同交友軟體上追求「速食性愛」的潛藏危機。
調查顯示，有42.4%的民眾坦承曾與陌生人發生過性關係，且其中50.5%不清楚對方是否有感染愛滋病毒；調查同時發現，回答染過性病者比率達10.5%，相當於每10人就有1人，卻有48.8%民眾做愛不戴套。
台灣愛滋病學會秘書長、亞東醫院感染科主任楊家瑞表示，手機、交友軟體盛行，往往看對眼後，就用最快速方式及時享樂已經是既存的現象了，這次調查結果則凸顯，與陌生人約砲或做愛不戴保險套的比率都要比想像中來的高。
相同的趨勢也出現在門診當中，楊家瑞觀察，近年年輕的新診斷愛滋感染者當中，9成都曾用過交友軟體，儘管並非全部因此而遭到感染，卻凸顯僅靠肉眼判斷對方是否有性病的一大盲點。
台灣愛滋病護理學會助理教授邱飄逸強調，愛滋病毒感染初期在外觀上無明顯症狀，在不知對方或自身是否感染的情況下，發生無套性行為，便有機會傳播愛滋病毒。
專家提醒，預防愛滋唯有落實「前、中、後」3招，「前」投藥：可經醫師評估後以正確的方式服用暴露前預防性投藥（PrEP），使體內藥物濃度達一定標準、進而有效預防感染愛滋病毒。
「中」戴套：即使PrEP能有效預防愛滋，但楊家瑞強調，仍不可忽略性愛時全程使用保險套的必要性，因為保險套不僅可預防愛滋，還能避孕並預防梅毒、菜花、淋病等性病。
「後」篩檢：發生性行為的3個月（空窗期）後，可進行愛滋篩檢，確定該次性行為是否感染愛滋病毒。目前全台各地篩檢院所大多提供免費且匿名的愛滋篩檢，無需攜帶健保卡、或留下個人聯絡方式，即可篩檢。
